In order to return parts you believe to be defective please email or call for a rejected parts return authorization number. When we receive your shipment of returned parts our inspection department will do a 100 percent inspection of all parts returned to determine the problem is as described by you. Upon our findings a judgment will be made and you will be notified as to the remedies available to you.
